| The MATOC Infrastructure Program for the San Diego/El Centro, CA, Tucson and Yuma, AZ sectors consists of design, construction, and management services in support of establishing operational control of the international border through a combination of physical barriers including reinforced fencing, checkpoints, access roads, and vehicle barriers and electronic monitoring. In addition, HHCI provides maintenance and repair services on the existing border fence for the Yuma sector. |

 | The Demolition of Various Structures at San Clemente Island in California consisted of demolition work which included concrete foundations, wood and metal framing and siding, capping materials and hazardous material abatement. |
Additional work features included:The construction of a new PEB for boat lodging in the place of building 60142 after its demolition. Results Achieved:- Elimination of substandard facilities
- Creation of greater storage capacity
- Elimination of substandard facilities and assisted in footprint reduction goals of SCI

Main Access Control Point Modernization - $2,753,154.00 |
| The Main Access Control Point Modernization at the National Training Center in Fort Irwin, CA consisted of guard post and canopy design, site work, grading and foundations, road construction, water and sewer systems, AC unit installation, PCC pads, demolition, and bullet resistant equipment installation. |
Additional work features included:Storm water pollution prevention measures, area and spot lighting, site cleanup, pedestrian fencing, high voltage electrical distribution, drainage structures, general site work, heavy paving, cuts and fills, and environmental mitigation. Results Achieved:- Performance Evaluation Rating: EXCEPTIONAL

 | The Replace Magazine Doors at Various Structures at San Clemente Island, CA consisted of supporting the Vindicator system in buildings 60320, 60321, 60322, 60323, 60324, and 60325 at San Clemente Island. The new doors operate electronically and meet the specifications for the magnetic locking system. |
Additional work features included:Removing existing vault door framing and repair/rehabilitate as necessary to install new door frame and doors, and the repair and installation of the new Vindicator System. Results Achieved:- Improved security for buildings with connection to base wide security system

| The Addition and Alteration of Squad Operations Facility at March Air Reserve Base in Riverside, CA consisted of constructing an approximately 5,800 square foot addition to an existing KC-135 Squadron Operation Facility to house additional personnel assigned to the Air Force Reserve, 336 Air Refueling Squadron. |
Additional work features included:Anti-terrorism/force protection, supporting facilities, communications, utilities, pavements, site work, earthwork, concrete, masonry, steel, metals, steel studs, drywall acoustical ceilings, interior finishes and painting, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, fire alarm, fire protection system, doors, and windows. Results Achieved:- Project on schedule to meet BRAC deadline for project completion
