| The Visitor Contact Office Building project at Cabrillo National Monument in San Diego, CA, included the construction of a new building with an open office area, library/storage room, executive offices, and a secured storage room with an evidence storage closet. Site work included demolition and removal of trees, installation of an irrigation system, sewer piping and manholes, concrete walks, historic brick installation, curb and gutter and asphalt road paving. |
Additional work features included:Installation and construction of water piping and yard hydrants, fire sprinkler water piping, sewer piping, an addition to the walk canopy, wood framed wall fencing, and re-grading of the site. Results Achieved:

Irwin National Training Center included the complete renovation and modernization of a 3 story barracks building and addition of recreation room and offices. New building systems included fire protection, HVAC, and minor electrical. |
Additional work features included: Project sequencing and phasing, doors, windows, paint, ER film, lighting, stairs, sleeping rooms, 68 bathroom renovations, ceilings, common areas, new fixtures and equipment installation. | The Expand and Repair Dining Halls project located at the Ft. Irwin National Training Center included increasing the seating capacity of dining halls 254 and 271, and remodeling the kitchen area in dining hall 254. |
Additional work features included:Construction phasing and sequencing, plumbing, roofing, increasing the electrical load capacity and safety for the electrical systems and increasing the sanitary conditions in the kitchen, site grading, food service equipment, roofing, and mechanical systems. Results Achieved:- Provided greater capacity to serve troops meals more efficiently
