Potable Water Project

Potable Water Project

Riverside, CA – September 27, 2016 – HHCI earned VERY GOOD performance ratings for work quality and project management during the execution of the $1.5M Design Build Potable Water System project at the Marine Corps Logistics Base-Nebo and Yermo Annexes, in Barstow, CA.

This project consisted of multiple-site repairs to the potable water system for MCLB Barstow’s main headquarters facility, including: (1) backflow preventer valve installations, (2) piping reconfigurations, (3) various faucet and flush valve replacements, and (4) pipe cross connection corrections.

HHCI self-performed design management, all wet utility work, earthwork and demolition/abandoning in place of existing water lines. In addition, HHCI avoided any contamination to the ground water during construction operations, and completely mitigated stormwater runoff.

Thanks to the HHCI team for their excellent performance on this project. HHCI looks forward to providing our award-winning services to the Naval Facilities Engineering Command for future wet utility projects of various types and sizes!
