Over 150,000 Man-Hours With No Accidents

Hal Hays Construction, Inc. (HHCI) has recently performed over 150,000 man-hours with no accidents at Leymel Hall U.S Army Reserve Center located in Fresno, California. This $26.5M project was awarded to HHCI in 2016, and encompasses construction of a Training Building (47,650 SF), Maintenance Building (14,500 SF), and a Storage Building (2,700 SF), along with additional other facilities and site features.

Recently, the U.S Army Corps of Engineers sent a letter of acknowledgment to HHCI for their notable safety achievement. “The diligent work by your site safety team has been instrumental in reaching this achievement,” states Administrative Contracting Officer, Kim Sang Hu. “Your team’s attention to detail, enforcement of safety requirements, and ability to get others to become safety conscious are attributes that of a good accident prevention program.”
