Team HHCI Supports “Operation Keep San Diego Warm Clothes Drive”

Riverside, CA – January 15, 2016 – share-the-warmthHHCI, as a long-standing member of the Associated General Contractors of San Diego, is participating in AGC’s annual Operation Keep San Diego Warm Clothes Drive. Now through February 5, 2016, HHCI employees will donate sweaters, coats, jackets, scarves, and blankets for Father Joe’s Village and Toussaint Academy, a long-term residential program for homeless and runaway youth ages 14-18 who do not have suitable homes.

HHCI thanks its generous team members/donors and acknowledges the great leadership of AGC’s Build & Serve Committee for organizing this charitable project in support of the homeless community.

About Father Joe’s Villages

As San Diego’s largest homeless services provider, Father Joe’s Villages offers a wide variety of housing and services at several locations including: St. Vincent de Paul Village, Toussaint Academy, Josue Homes, and five affordable housing complexes.
Inspired by the legacy of Saint Vincent de Paul, what started as a small chapel serving San Diego’s impoverished more than 65 years ago has grown into a cutting-edge provider of housing programs and services. The service organization prepares up to 3,000 meals and provides a continuum of care to nearly 1,500 individuals every day—from infants and adolescents to adults and seniors, including over 150 children and over 200 military veterans. Their tailored client solutions address the complex needs of the homeless, regardless of age, race, culture or beliefs, with the primary goal to transform lives and end the cycle of homelessness
