RENOVATION

The Ontario Police Department Headquarters Renovation project, comprised of approximately 11,000 SF of tenant improvements, including renovations to the Dispatch Center, Watch Commander’s Office, Briefing Room, Storage Rooms, and private offices. The overall building is a 2-story, 160,000 SF facility.

The work performed consisted of tenant improvements and the infrastructure for an extensive owner-provided Audio-Visual system, 24-hour HVAC system in equipment room, and decorative ceiling systems with specialty lighting.

Upgrade to major building systems (Electrical, Mechanical and Plumbing)
Interior and Selective Demolition
Full Interior Finish Upgrades (door/frames/hardware, glazing, paint, floor finishes, acoustical ceilings
Infrastructure for an extensive owner-provided Audio-Visual system
The Police Headquarters facility was fully occupied and operational during the entire construction project
Complex coordination and sequencing of construction tasks to mitigate any construction impacts to operations

Project earned a Performance Evaluation rating of EXCEPTIONAL for its commitment to customer satisfaction, on time project delivery and quality work.
Project earned Commendation letter for Outstanding Performance
HHCI successfully conducted work in a mission critical facility that was fully occupied and operational during the entire construction project
