Amphibious Assault Battalion Headquarters Facility

The Assault Amphibian School Building 210567 is a 29,741 SF, 2-story concrete structure. The purpose of this project was to repair and improve the building to accommodate the headquarters for 3rd Assault Amphibious Battalion. Configured as a school with large open classrooms, the building lacked the correct spaces to accommodate a military unit with a large administrative space requirement. In addition, many of the building elements were inadequate and required interior and exterior work.

  • Connect fire protection system to EMS system
  • Heating and ventilating systems
  • Provide air conditioning system in conference rooms and classrooms
