Bay Model Building Improvement

DESIGN BUILD

The Bay Model Building Improvement design build project in Sausalito, California for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers modernized the Hydraulic Bay Model historic building and the Hydraulic Bay Model, a working hydraulic scale model of the San Francisco Bay. The 145,000 square foot building houses the 1.5 acre historic Hydraulic Bay Model, made out of 286 five-ton concrete slabs.
