An accomplished professional, Kirby delivered HHCI’s first LEED Gold facility and led the development of the firm’s transportation market. Lori McDaniel

CONTROLLER

Lori proactively manages financial control of HHCI’s multiple and diverse business entities. Her responsibilities include financial statements, job cost reports, budgets, risk management, benefits, and financial management of $100M+ revenue. With over 30 years of experience, Lori’s expert knowledge includes SAGE 100 Contractor, Financial Statements, FAR, DCAA Audit Standards, Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, Job Cost Reporting, and GMP/Cost-Plus Analysis. Daily, Lori contributes solid financial decision-making, asset acquisition planning, and budget development and management.

OPERATIONS MANAGER

Karun oversees HHCI operations and executes strategic planning to ensure we remain compliant, efficient, and profitable in all aspects of construction. He ensures that projects move forward on-schedule and on-budget and supports the project teams by hiring & managing personnel, communicating with clients, and working with project managers to overcome challenges.

Jerry Neuman

CIVIL GENERAL SUPERINTENDENT

Jerry provides oversight of HHCI’s Civil Superintendents, Civil Self-Performing Crew Members, and equipment fleet resource management. As the Civil General Superintendent, Jerry coordinates meetings and negotiations, recommendation of design and project changes to provide the client the best value for their project; he also provides oversight of resource management including staffing, scheduling, logistics and project resources.
