Riverside, CA – August 11, 2017

The California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation awarded Hal Hays Construction, Inc. (HHCI) an $8,268,130 contract for Deuel Vocational Institution (DVI) Solid Cell Front Conversion Project. The maximum security housing unit work scope includes replacement of barred cell doors and fronts with solid steel units and new detention hardware, HVAC upgrades, installation of new Fire Alarm and Fire Sprinkler systems, and upgrading of cell lighting fixtures.
