FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: March 2, 2010 Hal Hays Construction, Inc. Awarded ARRA Project in HawaiiRiverside, California-March 2, 2010-Hal Hays Construction, Inc. was awarded the Arizona Memorial Visitor Parking Center Project at Pearl Harbor Naval Base in Oahu, Hawaii under the Small Business Global Multiple Award Construction Contract (SBGMACC) from the Naval Facilities Engineering Command Pacific. The project will include an access roads, passenger loading and unloading areas, sidewalks, fencing, gates, drainage improvements, lighting, security surveillance system, and landscaping. Construction of the project is scheduled to be completed in March 2011.
