Hal Hays Construction, Inc. Selected for USACE IDIQ MATOC for Vertical Construction Phase II Competition for HUBZone Firms

Riverside, California-January 18, 2010-The US Army Corps of Engineers, Albuquerque District, selected Hal Hays Construction, Inc. (HHCI) to proceed to the Phase II competition for the Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) for Vertical Construction within the Albuquerque District.

This IDIQ MATOC encompasses various military installations in New Mexico. The program is a set aside procurement for competition among HUBZone firms.
