Selected for USACE IDIQ MATOC for Design Build Horizontal Construction Services Phase II Competition for 8(a) firmsRiverside, California-January 13, 2010-The US Army Corps of Engineers, Galveston District, selected Hal Hays Construction, Inc. (HHCI) to proceed to the Phase II competition for the Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) for Design Build and Design Bid Build for Horizontal Construction Services in the Southwestern Division, 8(a) Small Business Pool of Contractors in Region 6. This IDIQ MATOC encompasses various military installations in Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana, and New Mexico. The estimated maximum contract dollar value, including the base year and all options, for all contracts combined is $225 million; with a maximum task order limitation of $15 million in construction value.
