Hal Hays Construction, Inc. Selected for USACE IDIQ MATOC for Design Build Horizontal Construction Services Phase II Competition

Riverside, California-January 11, 2010-The US Army Corps of Engineers, Galveston District, selected Hal Hays Construction, Inc. (HHCI) to proceed to the Phase II competition for the Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) Design Build and Design Bid Build for Horizontal Construction Services in the Southwestern Division.

This IDIQ MATOC encompasses various military installations in Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana, and New Mexico. The contract is a set aside procurement for competition among HUBZone firms.
