Receives the AGC Build San Diego Merit Award for Work along the US/Mexico International BorderRiverside, California-November 5, 2009-Hal Hays Construction, Inc. (HHCI) earned selection by The Associated General Contractors of America (AGC) San Diego Chapter for the Build San Diego Merit Award. HHCI was recognized as a merit awardee for its 2008 Design Build Construction of Primary Fence along the US/Mexico Border, Ceti's Hill Project. Some noteworthy project accomplishments that were considered by the award selection committee included:

Over 36 entries were submitted for awards in 7 categories.
