Hal Hays Construction, Inc. Selected for NAVFAC Southwest IDIQ MACC for Airfield & Heavy Duty Paving

Riverside, California-January 1, 2009- The Naval Facilities Engineering Command-Southwest selected Hal Hays Construction, Inc. (HHCI) for award of the Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC) for Airfield Paving and Heavy Duty Paving. The IDIQ MACC program provides the Navy with a select pool of preferred contractors which compete on task orders for civil work, airfield and heavy duty paving.

This IDIQ MACC encompasses various military installations in Arizona, California, New Mexico, Nevada, Utah and Colorado. Task order values will range between $500,000 and $20,000,000.
