With a history of over a thousand contract wins valued in the billions, Elizabeth is a dedicated student of federal, military, state, and commercial markets, where she creates both strategic and tactical plans to win work in high-growth industries. Also, as HHCI’s Small Business Liaison Officer she oversees our acclaimed Small & Diverse Business Subcontracting Program.

Her responsibilities include financial statements, job cost reports, budgets, risk management, benefits, and financial management of $100M+ revenue. With over 25 years of experience, Lori’s expert knowledge includes SAGE 100 Contractor, Financial Statements, FAR, DCAA Audit Standards, Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, Job Cost Reporting, and GMP/Cost-Plus Analysis. On a daily basis, Lori contributes solid financial decision-making, asset acquisition planning, and budget development and management.

He has successfully delivered projects valued between $500,000 and $5 million. Tom’s well-rounded industry knowledge makes him an integral leader in HHCI’s development efforts.

Aaron leads the field civil operations, manages crew utilization, and equipment resources. His project experience encompasses major site development, utility infrastructure, and renewables. Aaron is equally at home operating yellow iron or leading road builders, concrete crews, and asphalt pavers on mission-critical projects. As HHCI grows, Aaron’s teams continue to deliver productivity, efficiency, and safe operations.
